In recent years, due to issues such as air pollution, traffic congestion, earthquake risks, and the Covid-19 pandemic, people’s lifestyles have shifted. There is a noticeable increase in interest and demand for living in low-density, safe, and healthy environments. The development of master-planned housing projects around Ulaanbaatar is seen as a small but meaningful contribution toward addressing these challenges. Therefore, for the first time in Mongolia, we are organizing the HOUSE EXPO 2022 exhibition on March 25, 26, and 27 at the Shangri-La Hotel Ballroom.
The event is being organized by CENTURY 21 Summit, a real estate brokerage office known for its experienced team and specialization in the house and high-end residential property markets. The organizers plan to make this exhibition an annual event going forward.
According to research by Tenhleg Zuuuch, as of Q4 2021, a total of 136 housing projects with 6,015 houses were under development around Ulaanbaatar. Among them, 4,382 houses are open for pre-order. The average price per square meter of houses is 3,600,000 MNT, which is comparable to the average price of apartments.
